Mercy Dental Group Steps into Health!

At Mercy Dental Group, our team has joined forces with our 11 practices: DeForest Dental, Eastpark Dental, Fitchburg Springs Dental, Greenway Family dental, Lodi Family Dental, Mendota Springs Dentistry, Middleton Family Dental, Stoughton Family Dental, The Grove Family Dental, and Thousand Oaks Dentistry, for an exciting 8-week Step Challenge! 

As we lace up our shoes and track extra steps, we're not just getting ready for the season of holiday meals and treats, but we're also staying mindful of our physical, mental, and oral health. 

This challenge is the perfect way to keep us moving and motivated, especially as we head into a time of year where indulgence can sneak up on us. Think Halloween candy, Thanksgiving galore and Christmas cookies! 

Regular physical activity helps us feel energized, clear-headed, and ready to tackle the busiest months of the year while also maintaining healthy habits that benefit our overall well-being—inside and out, bring YOU, the best version of US! 

At Mercy Dental Group, we’re always focused on health, whether it’s encouraging good oral care routines or taking steps—literally!—to boost our fitness and mental wellness.
